The programme
On 20 October 2026, EPLA will host its annual conference where we will gather legal, regulatory, institutional, and industry experts to explore key developments in EU pharmaceutical law. This year’s edition will focus on the EU Pharmaceutical Package and its far-reaching implications for the life sciences sector.
The programme will explore a range of topics, including:
- the new rules on pharmaceutical advertising
- changes to market exclusivity and incentives
- green claims and environmental risk assessment in marketing authorizations,
- as well as ongoing challenges surrounding medicine shortages.

An informal gathering is planned on the evening before the conference. Details will be shared with registered participants once available.
