Membership is open to individuals who, by their professional activities or their publications, contribute to the development of pharmaceutical law in a legal or a non-legal field including lawyers, scientists, academics and employees of pharmaceutical companies.
The annual membership fee is determined by the General Assembly; currently it amounts to
- €450 for individual members,
- €200 for academics and public sector employees,
- €50 for retired members and students.
