This year’s conference explored the rapidly evolving landscape of pharmaceutical regulation in Europe, with a focus on innovation and digital transformation. Key discussions included:

- recent changes and challenges in pharmaceutical advertising;
- the growing role of artificial intelligence in pharma and MedTech;
- and the legal and regulatory implications of the European Health Data Space initiative.
